No need to boot up your computer, print lesson checklists, or lug a full clipboard along on every flight. Simply download the day’s reservations onto your iOS device. From there, you can review flight details, notes, and lesson plans so you’re ready for takeoff as soon as your student arrives.

Before you hop offline, check-out your flight straight from the app with self-service dispatching. Once you've landed, check-in your flight, enter Tach and Hobbs time, and report squawks with self-service check-in. Now, you can deplane and head to your next lesson with no downtime or paper shuffling.

Your device may be in airplane mode, but our app is still all-systems-go. Follow the pre-loaded lesson and grade offline during the flight, adding notes, future instructions, and other important details in real-time. Enter training times, sign and save the lesson. Information is stored in the app while you’re offline. When you reconnect to wifi, it uploads to your Flight Schedule Pro system automatically.
